I have been making and decorating cakes as long as I
can remember. I now have a five gold star health and
safety certificate from North Devon Council and bake
and decorate cakes from my own kitchen. I use only
the finest of ingredients. British eggs are always used
using free range when-ever possible. I also use
organic milk. I would love to make and decorate a
